If you think one martin isn't enough...how about tow?
I used Martin from Dilly Beans Digi Stamps,
duplicated the image & mirrored it;
colored with copics,
added some glow-in-the-dark nail polish for
their eyes, used glow-in-the-dark eye shadow
to 'color' the background,
glow-in-the-dark dimensional paint, 
cat paper background
(I think from TLC creations)
paper tag flags & glittery swirls & some bling...

I used the digi image from Simply B Stamps

Romance Annie & mirrored it for a different effect.

All on a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded kraft card base, with 

decorative papers and a collection of embellishments

and a ribboned stamp Thank You for the sentiment.

The image was colored with spectrum noir markers.
