Go Forth & Eat Cake...
This was a fun card to make...
I enjoyed Shirl's tutorial card pattern and I can see myself
using it over & over again....
The direction of color of this card was the letter "P" which I knew would be the focal point of the front. I loved the decorated letter DP which happened to be the same colors! Go figure?!? The card lends itself to lots of decoration which I think I might add more!
I used Carrie Birthday Diva, Eat Cake sentiment and the Birthday Cake images all colored with copics...
which is to create a shaped or easel card and there is even a freebie to use if you don't have a Scribbles Design's image!!! Yay! You can enter as many times as you like with a SD image - just put SD behind your name (see the updated challenge rules on the blog) and now you can also use any other designer's or companies image - although you are limited to 3 entries only.
This month Scribbles Designs Challenge is also sponsored by Bugaboo so there are some great prizes up for grabs with the challenge...
hope you join them!
