Life Goes On...
Happy Long Weekend to you and yours.... we're having a long weekend here and it's the time of year that the gardening centres are packed with people purchasing their bedding plants, perennials, trees and shrubs....
I've cut back a lot this year and only replaced the perennials & small shrubs that didn't make it over winter.
We have a 'natural' backyard and since we have visits by deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds, squirrels and raccoons... we're limited to what we can plant that doesn't get eaten by those which love nicely watered, flowering and green....
Here's a Sunday Selfie of Charli and I... he's growing leaps and bounds.... he's a sweetie and a brat! He's having a hard time when it's the time to go to bed. He gets really wound up and so so tired. Then can't settle to go to sleep; and thinks he should stay up with us... It's been 'fun' having the puppy stage again...
