This card is a collection of images.... the Leaf Doodle 3 and Thank You (from the Word collection) plus a Chinese character symbol for Grace.  The Leaf Doodle is colored with copics and buttermilk & gold spicas set on gold and red backing.  The Thank You and Chinese character are also set on gold & red backing with the gloss gold accent strips on top of a green printed rice paper.  I wanted to keep this simple and had first thought about doing a sympathy card but it felt more lending itself to a Thank You card.

Life Goes On....
As I write this we are one week away from bringing home our new boy Charli.... OH MY GOSH!  All the boys are so super sweet and I know that Carol has a tough decision as to which one she'll keep for a show dog.... I have an strong feeling of which might be our boy but I'm not going to let it out until next week, where he'll be shown here on this blog.... 
LOL just know Charli will be a blonde boy!  hee hee....
I've been busy getting puppy things ready... getting the crate set up (until he's able to sleep thru the night and then it'll be on our bed!), dishes and food, dental care, leashes & collars, harnesses, seat belt harness and toys.... then we'll have to acclimate him at my in-laws where they are anxiously waiting for Charli to be at their place when Boyd and I are at work.  
He's going to be one spoiled dog!!!!
We were up this weekend to see the litter and they had their first experience out on grass.  Fortunately we had a warm enough moment to take the pups outside and they thought this was great fun checking out all the leaves and bushes and then finding mom & dad in the other fenced area nearby.  Their parents would bowl them over too much to have them run around together so they had fun trotting through our legs and across the lawn.  Carol and Rob have three grassed areas for the dogs and the largest area is set up for agility training and running around.  
What a play paradise!

In celebration of our new boy I did get a chance to add some new images to the store...
