I think it can be in many forms. Being kind is in my mind, easy to do. Opening a door for someone struggling, saying a positive comment to a stranger, co-worker, friend...
You can be generous of your time by volunteering.

What a wonderful card Sandy and I really like the shape to it. All those flowers and that bling add so much! Generosity truly can mean so many things. It is all in the perspective.
As far as your 'Life Goes On' segment, that is a pretty impressive list of personal goals to achieve. It is also really great that you are spreading them out throughout the year instead of trying to accomplish them all in the same month and being overwhelmed. This way you'll get in the habit of completing each one before moving on to the next. They say if you do something for 21 days it should help you stick with it. Good luck!
