I used the  Dilly-Dally Digital Stamp from 

The Stamping Boutique for my image; 

colored with copics and used a

plethora collection of GOLD items...
key & lock, butterfly, flowers, bling, papers, 
circle embossed letters (for the sentiment),
and a little dragonfly...
